The Basement Project now have an online Web Chat Service. All young people need to do is visit their website and click on the ‘chat icon’ in the bottom right hand corner:

Don’t worry if you need to contact them outside of these times, you will be able to send them a message and a support worker will get back to you as soon as possible. They are also still available on all the other channels:

The service is aimed at under 25 year olds needing support, but anyone can contact them to ask a question, or enquire about donating.
